Reference Tender Notice No. PID (Q) 44/24 for the Design, Supply, Installation and
Commissioning of On Grid and Hybrid Solar System at University of Loralai published on PPRA &
University websites and in ‘The Daily Jang Quetta’, ‘Quetta Voice’ and ‘the news’ on July 28, 2024.
All the prospective bidders are hereby informed that, UoLi has extended the date of bid
submission as well as necessary amendments incorporated in the bidding documents.

for solar system project “Designing, Supplies, Installation and Commissioning of on Grid
and Hybrid system at University of Loralai, Loralai”. As per Engineer Procurement

1.A complete set of ToR may obtained from Treasurer office University of Loralai, also nonrefundable pay Order / Demand Draft of Rs.5,000/- being tender documents fee in favor of
Treasurer University of Loralai during office hours. No tender Documents shall be sold on the
date of opening of bid. Tender Notice is available on the websites of University of Loralai,
(www.uoli.edu.pk) & PPRA website and Newspapers.
2.Berfore submission of Proposal please visit University of Loralai for survey with Electrical
Engineer Directorate of P & P and Treasurer/Focal person of the Project.
3.Single stage two envelopes(under sealed covers) procedure will be applied as per rule of
PPRA 2004,and 2% earnest money (CDR/DD) in favor of University of Loralai.
4.A certificate and affidavit that the firm is not black listed, shall be attached with the
documents.
5.Sealed envelopes must clearly state the tender work Title.
6.As above mentioned deadline date of tender should be reach to the undersigned up to 5th
August 2024, (Wednesday) till 03:00 Am and will be opened on the same day at 03:30 am,
in the presence of the firms or their representatives in the office of the Chairperson Purchase
committee office Loralai.
7.University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids as per PPRA rules.
Note: – In case of any unforeseen situation or government holiday resulting in closure of
office on the date of opening, bids shall be submitted / opened on next working day at the
given time and venue.
