TENDER NOTICE
For Procurement/Installation of Complete Solar System(s) for the following areas (lot wise);
(Lot#1) Family Health Hospital, Quetta 50KW (Lot#2) Family Health Hospital, Peshawar 50KW (Lot#3) Family Health Hospital, Karachi 30KW (Lot#4) Family Health Hospital, Lahore 100KW (Lot#5) Family Health Hospital, Turbat 20KW (Lot#6) Family Health Hospital, Badin 20KW (Lot#7) Family Health Hospital, Gilgit 50KW (Lot#8) FHMC Haripur, 20 KW
(Lot#9) FHMC Faisalabad 20 KW
Rahnuma: Family Planning Association of Pakistan (FPAP) is one of the largest Non- Government Organization (NGO) in Pakistan working in the field of Reproductive Health and Family Planning Services. FPAP intends to procure complete solar system along with its installation at the various places as provided in the bidding documents and for this purpose sealed bids (lot wise) are invited from well reputed companies/ firms which shall be evaluated as per the criteria given in the bidding documents.
i. Bidding Documents is available which could be obtained from the Office of Admin & Logistics Section, Rahnuma Head Quarter 3-A temple Road Lahore during the Office Hours after depositing Tender Fee Rs.1000/- (non-refundable), OR, as an alternate the bidding documents can also be obtained from below location:
• Federal Region (Sector 1-10/4 Street#30 Islamabad)
• KP Region (Gulbahar Colony #1 Peshawer)
• Sindh Region (131 Britto Road Karachi)
⚫ Balochistan Region (Commercial Area Satellite Town Block #4 Quetta)
• Punjab Region (52/53 Civic center block D Johar town Lahore)
OR, bidding documents can also be obtained by sending bank deposit receipts of Rs. 1000/- in Favour of Family Planning Association of Pakistan in bank account # 0057-0081-000810-01-7 (Bank Al-Habib) and sending us receipt on Email ID abid@fpapak.org
ii. Complete sealed bids against each lot duly signed and stamped shall be submitted/ received in the following office (by hand only) before the closing date i.e. 8th July 2024 till 02:00 pm. Late bids shall be reject.
iii. Bid Security @ 3% of quoted/ offered financial bid price shall be attached with the financial bid.
