REFURBISHMENT OF BUSHES OF MAIN INLET VALVE (MIV) OF UNIT NO. 01 at Hydel Power Station Warsak
Bid No. ITR/F-07 Invitation to Bids
1. The Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority WAPDA (The Employer) through Resident Engineer WAPDA Warsak invites sealed bid from the eligible firms/joint ventures (JV) for the REFURBISHMENT OF BUSHES OF MAIN INLET VALVE (MIV) OF UNIT NO. 01 at Hydel Power Station Warsak on F.O.B. basis. Time period for the performance of the Contract is 180 days.
2. Local representative firms should be registered with income Tax department and Sales Tax department and are on Active Tax-Payers list (ATL) of FBR, Pakistan and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant category of Works. 3. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, method of procurement, procedure for submission of bids, bid security, bid validity, opening of bid, evaluation criteria, clarification/rejection of bids, performance guarantee, etc. are available at the office of;

4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by an interested bidder on the submission of a written application to the above offices and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000/- in favor of the:
(i) Manager Finance (Hydel) WAPDA Lahore payable on Habib Bank Limited, Chowk Hall-15 Mcleod Road Branch, Lahore (A/C No. 08130013035903) in case of purchasing tender documents from GM(H) Operation office.
(ii) Resident Engineer WAPDA Warsak payable in Account No. 237048316 of UBL Warsak Sub Branch. UBL Branch Code: 1609. In case of purchasing documents from WAPDA Warsak, Peshawar, Pakistan.
5. The bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting to Rs. 8,000,000/- or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency in the format of bank guarantee on bid security form provided or in the form of deposit at call or from a foreign bank duly counter guaranteed by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan in favor of Purchaser and must reach as per the following details, Bids will be opened on the same day.
