Supply of Medicines on discounted rates through prescription on Green Slips

Sealed bids from eligible local Chemist/Druggists (Whole Seller/Retailers) of nearby areas of WAPDA Hospital Sukkur to execute Close Framework Contract for supply of Medicines on discounted rates through prescription on Green Slips on daily basis issued by hospital to outdoor patients.
Interested and eligible suppliers possessing valid drug license and registered with Income Tax / Sales Tax Department who are on active tax payer list of FBR having ample stock of medicines with proper storage with cooling system and qualified staff may get the bidding document containing all terms and conditions from the address mentioned below on submission of written application with payment of non-refundable fee of Rs.1,000/- during working days (between 09:00 hrs to 13:30 hrs) up to 15-10-2024.
Bidding will be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelops bidding procedure containing separate Technical and Financial proposals as per PPRA Rule.
Bid security of Rs.20,000/- in the shape of Pay Order/Demand Draft/CDR from scheduled bank of Pakistan in the name of “Deputy Medical Superintendent Wapda Hospital Sukkur” should be attached with the Technical proposal. Late submitted bids shall be rejected.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 10:00 hrs on 16-10-2024. Bids shall be opened on the same day in the presence of Supplier Representatives who chose to attend at the address below at 11:30 hrs. The Suppliers are requested to give their final price/rebate. In case holiday announced by the Government the bids shall be received and opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
Tenders must be accompanied by an undertaking on judiciary stamp paper that the bidder has not been blacklisted by Government, Semi-Government and Private Organization.
