COOLING UNITS REPLACEMENT FOR IT ROOMS AT ISB & LHR CONTACT CENTRE ON SUPPLY & SERVICES BASIS
Bids in DDP PKR basis (inclusive of all applicable taxes) are invited for the Cooling Units Replacement for IT Rooms at ISB & LHR Contact Centre on Supply & Services Basis to PTML in accordance with PTML requirements and Scope of Work (“sow”).
1. Bids (marked as “RFP # Proc. PTML/IT/06/2024/604 – Cooling Units Replacement for IT Rooms at ISB & LHR Contact Centre on Supply & Services Basis” complete in all aspects and as per procedures laid down in the RFP) shall be submitted latest by 18.09.2024 before 23:59 hours.
2. Bids must be accompanied by Bank Guarantee/Call Deposit “CDR” (as bid security) in the name of Pak Telecom Mobile Limited – Islamabad equivalent to 2% of the Bid Value valid for a period of six (06) Months from the date of its issuance, issued by a first class/scheduled bank located in Pakistan. In case of non-compliance, the Bids will be disqualified from further processing.
3. Bid shall be submitted only through SAP Ariba Platform on the following link.

4. Vendor registration is mandatory for all the vendors interested to supply materials/services to PTML. It is essential to mention the Vendor Registration Code (VR Code) assigned by PTML on Quotation/Bids submitted by Bidder(s). Unregistered vendors are required to get registered with PTML for good/continuous business relationship. VR forms may be downloaded from the following link:

5. PTML reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder(s) or any obligations to inform the affected bidder(s) of the grounds for PTML Action.
