INSTALLATION OF WATER FILTERATION PLANT IN POWER CHANNEL COLONY HATTIAN
WAPDA TENDER NOTICE
Bid Reference No: T-01/2024-25
1. The Chief Engineer/PD, GBHP WAPDA, Hattian, invites sealed bids from the eligible
Contractors registered/licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council(PEC) in C-6
Category (with field of specialization CE-10) for the work “INSTALLATION OF
WATER FILTERATION PLANT IN POWER CHANNEL COLONY HATTIAN”,
through single stage one envelope method which will be completed in 45-Days. The
Contractor will show all original documents i.e CNIC, PEC registration, Bank Statement
of last year attested from concerned branch, his registration with Income Tax
departments, and should be on Active Tax Payer List(ATL) of FBR. An affidavit in
original on Rs.300/- stamp Paper that the bidder has not been blacklisted by
Government / semi government organization/ autonomous body, must be attached with
bid.
2. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by an interested eligible
bidders/supplier/firms on submission of a written application to the office given below
and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000/- in MCB Kamra Bank
Account No. 1001272. Bidders/Firm may acquire the bidding documents from the
office of the Superintending Engineer-(Civil)-I, GBHP, WAPDA, Hattian, District
Attock upto 24.09.2024 during working hours.
3. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in shape of CDR amounting to
Rs.30,000/- in favor of Chief Engineer/PD, GBHP, WAPDA, Hattian and must be
delivered to the office of Chief Engineer/PD GBHP WAPDA, Hattian on or before
25.09.2024 upto 1100 hrs. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hrs in the
presence of bidder or their representatives who choose to attend, at the same address.
