(manufacturers/suppliers) registered with income tax and sales tax department and complying qualification &
experience criteria as laid down in the bidding documents as per WAPDA / NTDC specifications/ Drawings without
any element of foreign exchange, financed under QESCO’s own resources, PSPD & STG funds on FCS basis Delivery to

Firm having NTN, Sales tax (must be on active taxpayer list of FBR) and must have experience
of supply of material, T&P and other equipment’s etc to QESCO in the last one year.

5. Earnest Money Tender must be accompanied by the earnest money equal to 2% of the bid cost, in shape of
bank guarantee or call deposit obtained from a scheduled bank of Pakistan. The bid without
earnest money will be rejected. No Pay Order / Banker’s Cheque will be accepted.
6. Tenders Fee Rs.3000/- (Non – refundable) in shape of bank draft / pay order in favour of Chief Engineer
(Development) PMU QESCO, Quetta.

Conditions
i. Income tax clearance certificate and return filed with Income tax department for the FY
2023-24
iii. Rates should be carefully mentioned (in figures & words) on BOQ and on tender
document. In other case the tender will be rejected.
iv. The Chief Engineer (Development) PMU QESCO, Quetta reserves the right to accept
or reject the tenders as per P.P.R.A rules.
