Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO) invites sealed bids from Foreign reputed parties of Petroleum Products for Sale of its HSFO 180/50 c St at SELLER’s option.

Interested parties may obtain Tender Document against a written request on their Company’s letterhead. Local agents of foreign parties are required to submit copy of valid NTN certificates as well. Tender document to be obtained by sending request on below mentioned email addresses or from the following office address between 0900 hours to 1600 hours from Monday to Friday on the dates mentioned above.

Bids will be received at PARCO’s Corporate Headquarters, Korangi Creek Road, Karachi upto 1100 hours on Bid Submission date specified above. Bids shall be opened at above mentioned date & time in the presence of Bidders or their representatives through video-conference, who may elect to attend.
In case Bid Opening date is declared a public holiday, bids shall be received and opened on the first working day following thereafter at the above stated time.
Bids should be submitted in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of our Tender Document along with a clean / unencumbered Bank Guarantee / Pay Order / Demand Draft of USD 25,000/- (US Dollar Twenty-Five Thousand only) in favor of Pak-Arab Refinery Limited issued by any scheduled bank in Pakistan, having PACRA Credit rating AA or above or Branch / Agent / Correspondent of Foreign Banks Operating as scheduled bank in Pakistan.
Bids received later than the specified date and time will not be entertained. PARCO does not accept any responsibility for bids detained, delayed or misplaced in transit by mail or otherwise.
PARCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bid(s) without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
