Invitation to Bid

Procurement of Electromedical Equipment to Establish 10 Bed ICU at
Regional Head Quarter (RHQ) Hospital Chillas
WAPDA Medical Directorate invites sealed bids from the eligible Suppliers
registered with income tax and sales tax department and on Active Tax Payer list of
FBR for supply and installation of Electro medical Equipments for the Establishment
of 10 Bed ICU at Regional Head Quarter (RHQ) Hospital Chillas; as Confidence
Building Measure (CBM) under Land Acquisition & Resettlement (LA&R) of Diamer
Basha Dam Project WAPDA Chilas District Diamer Gilgit Baltistan. Detailed
description of Equipment is given in the Bidding Documents.
Interested eligible Suppliers may get the Bidding Documents at the address
mentioned below on submission of written application along with payment of nonrefundable fee of Rs: 1000/- Bidding Documents shall be issued up to 18-09-2024
till 4:30PM.
Bidding will be conducted through Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure
as per PPRA Rule-2004.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 11:00 AM on 19-09-2024.
The technical bids shall be opened on the same day at 11:30AM. Bid Security in
an amount of Rs: 500,000/- in shape of CDR should be attached with the Bid.
Late submitted bids shall be rejected. Bids shall be opened in the presence of the
Suppliers or their representatives who choose to attend at the address as given
below at the specified date and time.
