1. The Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation – Regional Improving Borders Services (CAREC-RIBS) Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
2. The Project Management Unit CAREC-RIBS Project (ITTMS), Customs Wing, FBR, Islamabad (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Oracle Technology Stack or equivalent for building a Data Warehouse (DW) and Business Intelligence (BI) [DWBI] Program on complete package basis.
3. National Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) Single Stage – Two Envelope (1S2E) bidding procedure and is open to all eligible Bidders as described in the Bidding Document.
