PROCUREMENT OF SITC OF SOLAR POWER SYSTEMS ON ZERO CAPEX MODEL ON TURNKEY BASIS
(a) Sealed Bids in PKR on DDP basis (inclusive of all applicable taxes) are invited for the turnkey of SITC of Solar Power Systems on Zero CAPEX Model to PTCL on framework model and in accordance with PTCL requirements and Scope of Work (“SOW”).

(b) Bids (marked as “RFP # Proc. 4-1/2/290424/3707 – Provision of SITC of Solar Power Systems on Zero CAPEX Model on TURNKEY Basis” complete in all aspects and as per procedures laid down in the RFP) shall be submitted latest by 09-09-2024 before 1100 hours.

(c) Bids must be accompanied by Bank Guarantee/Call Deposit “CDR” (as bid security) in the name of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited – HQ, Islamabad equivalent to Pakistani Rupees Three hundred thousand Only (PKR 300,000) valid for a period of six (06) Months from the date of its issuance, issued by a first class/scheduled bank located in Pakistan. In case of non- compliance, the Bids will be disqualified from further processing.

(d) Bids received after the above deadline shall not be accepted and be returned.

(f) Vendor registration is mandatory for all the Bidders interested to supply materials/Products and Services to PTCL. It is essential to mention the Vendor Registration Code (VR Code) assigned by PTCL on Bids submitted by Bidder(s). PTCL reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to annul the Bidding process at any time, without thereby incurring any cost or liability to the affected Bidder(s) or any obligations (financial or otherwise) to inform the affected Bidder(s) of the grounds related to PTCL action.
