Project DIII, connectivity of different NEs with Power/rectifiers at Sukkur & Shikarpur
1.Sealed bids, in Pak Rupees on DDP basis, are invited for Project DIII, connectivity of different NEs with Power/rectifiers at Sukkur & Shikarpur, on accordance with PTCL requirements/ specifications.
2. One time Agreement shall be signed with successful bidders after a competitive bidding process on TCO Basis.
Tender documents can be Obtained from Office of Manager (Regional Procurement) HYTR/STR, CTO Compound, Regional Office, Near Gul Center Hyderabad, by submitting PKR. 1,000/- in cash/DD/PO not later than 9 September 2024 (last date of Form Purchase).
3. Bids shall be submitted on or before 14 September 2024‘ at the Office of Manager (Regional Procurement) HYTR/STR, CTO Compound, Regional Office, Near Gul Center Hyderabad.
4. Bids received after the above deadline shall not be accepted and be returned unopened.
5. The Bids must be accompanied by a Bid bond of 2% of the total value of Bid as security in the form of CDR/DD in the name of “Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited”. In case of non- compliance, the bids will be disqualified from further processing.
6.Bids should be marked as:

a.”Technical Bid for Tender NO. R-PROC.6-2024/6028″.
b. “Commercial Bid for Tender NO. R-PROC.6-2024/6028″.
C.”Bid Bond for Tender NO. R-PROC.6-2024/6028”.
7. All the rates/bids must be inclusive of all taxes except GST/SST/BST.
8. PTCL reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder(s) or any obligations to inform the affected bidder(s) of the grounds for PTCL Action.
9.Vendor registration is mandatory for all vendors interested in supplying materials/services to PTCL. It is essential to mention the Vendor Registration Code (VR Code), assigned by PTCL, on Quotation/Bids submitted by the Bidder(s). Unregistered vendors are required to get registered with PTCL for good/continuous business relationship.
