1. Sealed applications from well-reputed Parties/ Companies are invited seeking to take the following buildings/plots on rent in different cities.

2. The sites are best suited for educational institutes, corporate offices (permanent structure is not allowed).

3. Documents can be collected from the office of the Manager (Estate Ops. & Financials) PTCL House, F-5/1, Islamabad, after making a non-refundable cash deposit of Rs. 200/- for each site; during office hours (09:00 AM to 04:00 PM). Regional Offices can also issue the documents located in Peshawar, Dera Ismail Khan & Abbottabad.
4. Interested parties can visit the sites during office hours before closing of business on 31st August 2024. 5. Sealed applications are to be submitted along with CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order equal to two months quoted rent made in the favour of the Senior Manager Accounts & Payments PTCL, PTCL NEST Office G-8/4, Islamabad. Applications without CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order or partial amount will not be considered.
6. Unsuccessful bidders’ CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order will be refunded however incase the applicant withdraws from the offer PTCL reserves the right to forfeit the payment.
7. Interested Parties/Applicants can deposit sealed applications before 5th September 2024 by 04:00PM, at the office of the Manager (Estate Ops. & Financials) PTCL House, F-5/1, Islamabad.
8. Only shortlisted applicants(s) will be called/entertained.
9. PTCL reserves the right to accept/reject any or all applications at any stage without incurring any liability to the affected applicant(s) or any obligations to inform the affected applicant(s) of the ground for PTCL’s actions.
Note: All Government Taxes will be applicable and will be paid by the winning applicant.
