TECH REFRESH OF IPTV HEAD-END ON TURNKEY BASIS
a) Sealed Bids in PKR on DDP basis (inclusive of all applicable taxes) are invited for the supply and services for TECH REFRESH OF IPTV HEAD-END and in accordance with PTCL requirements and Scope of Work (“SOW”) and SOW SLA.
b) Bids (marked as “RFP # Proc.2-1/1/050824/3818 Tech Refresh of IPTV Head-end on Turnkey Basis” complete in all aspects and as per procedures laid down in the RFP) shall be submitted latest by 09.09.2024 before 1200 hours.
c) Partners of Ateme, WellAV & Mividi are eligible to participate in the tender only.
d) The Bidder shall furnish Bid Bond/CDR (as Bid Security) in the form attached as Annexure-J as part of its Commercial Bid in the name of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited – HQ, Islamabad equivalent to PKR 5,000,000/- (Five Million Pak Rupees).
e) Bids received after the above deadline shall not be accepted and be returned.

g) Vendor registration is mandatory for all the Bidders interested to supply materials/Products and Services to PTCL. It is essential to mention the Vendor Registration Code (VR Code) assigned by PTCL on Bids submitted by Bidder(s). i) PTCL reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to annul the Bidding process at any time, without thereby incurring any cost or liability to the affected Bidder(s) or any obligations (financial or otherwise) to inform the affected Bidder(s) of the grounds related to PTCL action.
