TENDER NOTICE
TENDER REGARDING “THE SUPPLY OF TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT FOR FMC TEAMS”
1. Sealed bids are invited from potential bidders with relevant experience for carry out the
Procurement related to supply of tools for FMC teams
2. The Bidders should carefully read the instructions contained in instruction to bidders document
within the RFP/tender pack.
3. Bids must be submitted duly completed in all respects. Tender Documents can be obtained via
email to marrium.awan@ptclgroup.com.
4. Separate Technical and Commercial bids required to be submitted up to 08
th September, 2024
as instructed in in the tender documents
5. Bids received after the above deadline shall not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
6. The Bids must be accompanied by a Bid bond of 02% of Quoted price as security in the form of
CDR / DD in the name of “Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited”.
7. PTCL reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process at any time,
without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder (s) or any obligations to inform the
affected bidder (s) of the grounds for PTCL action.
8. All the rates must be inclusive of all taxes except GST/SST.
9. All correspondence regarding any clarification or queries about the subject tender may be
addressed to the undersigned.
10. Vendor registration is mandatory for all the vendors interested to supply materials/services to
PTCL. Unregistered vendors are required to get registered with PTCL for good/continuous
